Investor Relations

Dear Respected Borrower,

Greetings from the management team at Oxyzo Financial Services Limited (Oxyzo)

First and foremost, thanks for your business with Oxyzo. We value the relationship beyond all hurdles that may come our way.

Secondly, these are unprecedented times amidst the toxic and contagious pandemic being caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We hope this note finds you hale, hearty, safe and in good cheer.

Thirdly, this note overrides any prior communication made by Oxyzo or its representatives to any borrower or any other party in any matter whatsoever with regards to the content covered in the note.

Fourthly, thanks for your request as below.

We are all aware that the hon'ble RBI (in an announcement on Mar 27, 2020 and May 22, 2020 ) through its circulars DOR.No.BP.BC.47/21.04.048/2019-20 and 2019-2020/2392 (“RBI Circulars”) has allowed Financial Institutions (FIs) to give a moratorium for all EMIs due in the period from 1 Mar to 31 May and deferment of all interest due in the period 1 Mar to 31 May on working capital lines if the FI desires and deems fit. This moratorium was allowed to be extended to by another three months, i.e. from 1 June, 2020 to 31 August, 2020. If requested by the borrower, then the moratorium can be granted by the FI in a manner it deems fit after ascertaining that the crisis for the borrower is caused by the COVID-19 disruption. The deferment, for express clarity, is interest bearing. Currently, paragraph 3 of the RBI Circular only contemplates a deferral of interest payment on a working capital line for the period up to 31 May 2020 and the borrower is contractually required to repay the outstanding principal amounts under facility and does not provide any deferment or moratorium on such repayment obligation.

This note is to highlight our planned response to the regulator's move. The direction suggested by the RBI will be honored in letter and spirit.
