Oxyzo Financial Services Limited (“Oxyzo”) has entered into co-lending arrangements with various Regulated Entities (“REs”) in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) from time to time.

For loans originated under such co-lending arrangements, customer grievances, complaints, or service-related queries shall be addressed by Oxyzo and the respective co-lending partner, in line with their respective internal grievance redressal mechanisms and within the timelines prescribed by the RBI.
