Ruchi Kalra, Co-Founder of Oxyzo, has been recognised at Express Awards for Women Entrepreneurs 2026 for her contribution to SME financing in India.
The awards, organised by The Financial Express in partnership with FICCI FLO, recognise women leaders driving business impact across sectors. The 2026 edition marked the fifth year of the platform.
At Oxyzo, Ruchi Kalra has been instrumental in building a financing model focused on real business needs, particularly working capital gaps faced by manufacturing and trading SMEs. The platform enables businesses to:

Shruti Kumari brings over three years of industry experience, with exposure to SME lending, fintech, and B2B finance. Her work spans manufacturing, infrastructure, procurement and MSME-focused content. She has an academic background from the University of Delhi and Banaras Hindu University.
