Ms. Ruchi Kalra leads the entire efforts towards finance control, Accounts and audit, Compliance – Legal and Secretarial and capital management for optimal utilization. Ruchi has worked with numerous Banks and NBFCs on turnaround projects in the past as she led the Retail and SME banking service practice for Mckinsey in India.

Ruchi holds an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (2004).

Vasant led the company’s entry into the manufacturing vertical. He heads the Sales function in Southern India where he built the entire business and established a strong customer base across SME clusters. Prior to OXYZO, he headed the Business Excellence Function at ITC Limited – Agri Business Division (ILTD). A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he drove the deployment of advanced analytics and process excellence across multiple functions, mentoring 200+ managers. As a special assignment from the Chief Executive’s Office, he developed the complete strategy blue print for backward integration for launching ITC’s Dairy Business.

Vasant holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from IIT Madras (2013).

Asish is newly appointed Director in the company. He brings deep operational expertise in managing and defining vision for new age businesses from his past roles as a Director at Matrix Partners, India as an Engagement Lead at McKinsey (where he led assignments across Operations and Healthcare) and as an Operations manager at ITC, where he led the turn-around of a production plant acquired by ITC.

Asish holds an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Mr. Bhambani was a partner in the Deals Platform of PwC (up to January 2022) and withdrew after a 21-year stint with the firm. In his role at PwC, worked on over 250 engagements of corporate restructuring and reorganization, domestic and cross border M&A, transaction advisory, inbound and outbound structuring, joint venture formation/exit, due diligence/business plan reviews etc. He has served a variety of clients including large multinational and public, private & family-owned companies. He had also led the Private & Entrepreneurial business for PwC in India, focusing on owner-led, private, family controlled and entrepreneurial companies. Post PwC, he is now the core member of Ymira Consulting where he is actively involved in strategizing corporate restructuring, transactions and also advises business families, other businesses and their boards as a senior advisor/ mentor. He owns a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Jiwaji University (1991) and is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1994).

Rohit is a proven professional with over 20 years of experience and is entrusted with the responsibility to drive new real estate business opportunities for the company, which will include exploring new domains and categories, and other strategic initiatives. Rohit holds a PGD from Indian School of Business where he was ranked in the top 5 students in the batch and was the recipient of the Young Leader Award which was awarded for best all-around performance in the batch. In addition to the PGD, he is also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute, USA). He is also a visiting faculty at SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, IMT Ghaziabad and Vedica Scholars.

Dr Sathyan David has been a career Central Banker with the Reserve Bank of India for over 36 years. He has served at senior levels in the Verticals for regulation and supervision of financial sector entities: compliance with regulatory prescriptions, Financial Risk Management and Corporate Governance requirements. He has also served on the Board of Directors of a Public Sector Bank.

During his career span, he has been on policy making Committees of the RBI and Government. He has led a Committee of BIS, Basle. He has also participated in several international seminars on central banking policy at the Bank of England, Banco De Espana, Central Bank of Netherlands, Federal Reserve Bank, Bank of Korea and BIS.

Dr David holds a Masters in Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, a Diploma in Risk Management in Banking from INSEAD, Paris and a Doctorate in International Economics from the University of Madras.

After his retirement from the RBI in 2018, he has been a Programme Director at the Centre for Advanced Financial Research and Learning, Mumbai and subsequently started a freelance consulting firm providing Advisory Services in Financial Regulation, Risk, Corporate Governance and Compliance. Presently, he is an Advisor to NBFCs and banks and is also serving on the Boards of a few Fintech startups.
